The ID number is next to to the column of data that both spreadsheets have - this is a catalog number. Furthermore, the destination spreadsheet also has data that the source does not. In addition, some data has long been deleted in the destination spreadsheet making it tricky/unreliable to do a simple copy and paste between the two spreadsheets.
